dumping this all here so you have it when you listen to my whatsapp.

this is basically the whole messy archive of how ruby + i did my dutch IND thing, including my old O-1 stuff from the US, which i didn't bother trying to separately justify or contextualize. the whole thing is intentionally a bit overkill / ad hoc / full of random shit — that's kinda the point.

the actual precedent archive is about 138 MB: our IND material plus my old O-1 material. do this on a computer, not your phone.

download the one complete cowork package below. it is one outer zip containing the instructions and the untouched precedent zip inside it. make a new private cowork task, upload that one outer zip, and tell it: unpack this handoff, read README_FOR_CLAUDE.md first, and follow it.

the package also points cowork to the current official IND form. then give it access only to your own email + files and let the clanker reconstruct your actual case from current IND rules + you and balti's real evidence. don't manually reproduce what we did.
